SmartMenu allows you to design MenuSets - information portals that can be used to access and/or search almost any enterprise information resource. Items can usually be located by typing one or two characters in the SmartMenu search box.
Publish MenuSet to Enterprise Knowledge Base
Save the new MenuSet to the knowledge base and designate as the company wide standard MenuSet. You can also build and share customized MenuSets for each department which will be added to the company wide MenuSet.
Automatic Menu Setup
When each user installs SmartMenu, their initial SmartMenu information portal will contain both the company-wide and if specified, their departmental MenuSets. Each user can Add items to their SmartMenu that will be preserved when shared MenuSets are updated by administrators.
